Broke after two uses
Used it twice and already broke. This is the second Dyson I bought that has broken. Never purchasing again.

Not nearly as good as my first Dyson Not doing job I am now using my original much better Not sure why no getting sane results

Curls would not stay in
Loved the look and feel but unfortunately the curls would not stay in. By the time I headed out they would drop out and leave my hair looking messy.

Not versatile for all hair types
Purchased a month ago for short to mid length curly hair. I had heard the air flow is very adjustable. Not adjustable enough for me. Lowest setting is still too strong. I find it awkward to hold and move around my head. Maybe I will get used to that. But most importantly for le is the curling iron is a disappointment! Unless your hair is quite long it wont wrap and stay on the attachment b/c there is no clip to hold it there. So overall this purchase, for me, was a bust. It is best suited to long hair
