Disappointed

I ordered this for my son’s birthday. He was so in love after watching Transformer. We all waiting for it to arrived, even going to UPS to pick up the moment it said delivered. However, it was all disappointment when the package came broken, the box is like used or been thrown somewhere in the garage for too long. It old and dusty. Had to return it and order again. I was just hoping to give him a little surprise but I was the one who got surprise.
