Lackluster

This comforter was expensive and unfortunately the down alternative doesn’t hold it’s shape after washing and drying (as recommended with the tennis ball). The down clumps together in the squares, leaving you with a not warm enough comforter. Very disappointed.

Hotel down alternative pillow

This is a very nice pillow, well made. Im not sure it is right for me yet, but was assured that is was returnable within 30 days Vanessa was my saleswoman and she was very helpful. I really appreciated that.
