EASILY STAINS

I am so disappointed. VERY CHEAPLY MADE. A PEN touched it and the mark could not come out . I sat next to someone with a red dress. When I got up 30 min later I noticed the color rubbed off onto my bag!! I tried to wash it out and it just would not come out. The bag stains easily and the material is like vinyl so the stain sets in.

Did not like the chain on strap.

I was not aware this purse was non refundable. When I made the order it was not Last Act. It’s not the quality I want in a handbag. The chain looks cheap as does the material for the purse.
