Strong Smell of Someone's Perfume

This review isn't about the top but how I received it. When I opened the shipping package there was a strong smell of perfume coming from the blouse. It was rolled up inside the clear package without the cardboard. It had most certainly been shipped to someone else, tried on and returned to Macys. It smelled so bad that I never took it out of the package to try on. I plan to return the item. I understand that Macy's will put returns back into their inventory and send them out to customers again. But I would hope they would repackage to the original look and discard merchandise that has been damaged.
