I do not recommend

I bought this sofa 2 years ago, the quality of these sofas is terrible. The wood under the armrest broke after six months of use, but I didn't ask to repair it, thinking: okay, let it be, because I liked the sofa visually. The sofa itself started to peel off in the places where we sit most often. Having paid so much money, I now have to look for a new sofa after 2 years of use, in my opinion, this sofa is not worth its price at all.

Love the size and customize color

We bought this sectional and was able customize the color to leather saddle. The sofa is very comfortable and the headrest is functional. We just received it two weeks ago so I do not know how it will hold up in the long run. For now, we are very happy with it since we had to wait over 5 months for it.

Would love it but….

We love our couch but are beyond disappointed with the chaise portion. The leather is completely cracking and worn. We got the worry no more coverage but they denied our claim which if you read reviews about it, you will see that is common practice. The rest of the couch held up well but this one portion of a 4k makes it look like garbage.

Horrible

The material peels after 2 years. The frame does not hold up I tend to sit closer to the arm and so now it rolls everyone down to that side. If you are looking to put in a room where little use is needed it might be ok. If your wanting it in a room that is used daily-DON’T BOTHER

Horrible quality

I bought these a few years ago with the worry no more warranty. Although these are a beautiful design the quality of these couches is horrible. The wood underneath the armrest broke 3 times, the electrical recliner stopped working and they came out to fix it. The couch itself started peeling and I was told it’s not covered under the warranty. I feel very disappointed for the price I paid for the couches and the worry no more warranty.

Does not honor warranty

I bought this couch and paid fornthe additional 5 year extended warranty for the leather. After 1 year the leather began to crack in multiple places. Macy's sent a rep to view the leather and determined they would not cover it. I had a second rep come down and the same outcome. The couch should have been covered with the included 2 year warranty let alone the added 5 year warranty that I paid for. This is not worth the price if they refuse to honor any warranty. Buyer beware you will not be covered for anything once you buy this. They do not stand behind this product at all. See the images for yourself. I have many more images to share but am limited to 3.

Hate that you won’t deliver outside major cities…even if we paid for it…..

left recliner defective

We had to change left end recliner 3 times in 1 year because the Cushion seat gave way and started sinking . even now it's sinking and we are out of warranty.
