Lots of fun, but glitchy

Lots of fun for the whole family. However it freezes and shuts off randomly after only a couple years of use. We've also had to replace the charging port.

Brand new today and won't turn on.

Followed the assembly instructions, plugged the table in, and it will not turn on. The power button will not illuminate and the screen is non-responsive.
